What brands do you work on?

Do you offer financing?
We don't offer financing. Many homeowners use a home equity line of credit (HELOC) for a new system, and we're flexible on timing and payment to help you make that work.
How does the new customer discount work?
New customers get 30% off the total cost of their first appointment. That's the whole visit, not just one part. Mention it when you book.
What does the $59 diagnostic cover?
The trip to your home and the first 30 minutes of finding out what's wrong. You'll get a flat-rate price for the fix before any repair work starts.
Will you try to sell me a new system?
Only if it truly makes more sense than a repair, and we'll show you why. Nobody here earns a commission for selling you something.
Are the estimates for new systems really free?
Yes. We come out, size the system to your home, and give you a clear package price. No pressure to decide on the spot.
