Why join?
Two tune-ups a year keep your system running safely and catch small problems before they turn into a no-heat night. Keni keeps track of when you're due, and members get first dibs on the schedule.
Planning to replace your system soon? Members who have a new system installed by us get a 5-year labor warranty on that installation.
Comfort Club terms
- What it covers. One home and one heating and cooling system, for 12 months from the date you join.
- Included visits. Each membership year includes one spring cooling tune-up, one fall heating tune-up, one humidifier cleaning and test, and one water-heater flush. Unused visits don't carry over to the next year.
- Scheduling. We'll schedule included visits at a time that works for you. Members get priority scheduling.
- Repairs. Tune-ups include inspection, cleaning and testing. If we find something that needs a repair or part, we'll give you a flat-rate price first, and nothing happens without your okay.
- Labor warranty. If we install a new system while your membership is active, that installation carries a 5-year labor warranty as long as your membership stays active. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate.
- Renewal. We'll reach out before your membership year ends. It renews only when you say yes.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime by calling us. If you cancel before any included visit has been done, we'll refund your full membership fee. After a visit, the current year isn't refundable.
- Changes. Benefits and price may change at renewal. We'll tell you before you renew.
- Your home. Membership is tied to the home you list when you join and doesn't transfer to a different address.
